Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and enhance the efficiency of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with listing coordination, including preparing and managing property listings on various platforms
- Conduct market research and compile data for property evaluations
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person tours and open houses
- Handle social media management, including creating and scheduling posts
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials
- Maintain and organize client databases and CRM systems
- Assist with transaction coordination, including document management and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Virginia, Maryland, and DC area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup
