GovRecover is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team as a Lead Dialer and Transfer Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads regarding unclaimed funds and seamlessly transferring interested individuals to designated closers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Dialing: Utilize provided scripts and tools to make outbound calls to potential leads.
Engagement: Engage leads in professional and courteous conversations to identify their interest in exploring unclaimed funds opportunities.
Transfer Coordination: Facilitate smooth transitions by transferring qualified leads to designated closers for further assistance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, including lead information and outcomes, using CRM software.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and transfer processes.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on scripts and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in outbound calling or customer service roles preferred.
Ability to follow scripts while adapting to varying conversational dynamics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
