Full job description
The target compensation range for this position is $32,300. OTE $45,000+ with uncapped commission potential. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.

Do you LOVE Sales & Technology? You may LOVE our Sales Development Representative position, which would be an outbound sales advisor role. You would be the first impression to our potential customers, introducing them to our wide range of services.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Call strategic leads and receive inbound leads (both current and target customers) with the goal of converting them to booked clients.
Manage an ongoing pipeline, assist in closing new business and consistently meet/exceed quotas for passing qualified leads to our Account Executives.
Effectively educate customers on the benefits of choosing our company.
Partner with colleagues to find creative new ways to drive acquisition performance and make a positive impact on our customers.
You’ll receive on the job training with the goal of being promoted within 6 months to additional opportunities within our sales organization
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

You have 1-3 years of sales experience where you are consistently meeting/exceeding performance metrics
You are ready to pursue new opportunities strategically each day, pushing yourself and those around you to land the client!
You are competitive and thrive within a fast-paced sales environment
You are a self-starter, have strong business acumen and are able to think quickly and creatively on your feet
You like to work hard, have fun, laugh and be part of a winning team!
You have aspirations of moving into an Account Executive Role within 90-180 days
