As a Full-Time Remote Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients in both

English and Spanish-speaking markets. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our

sales team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets using provided scripts and resources.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their level of interest in our services. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company and

services to potential clients in both languages. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to

schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Continuously meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets and goals. Stay updated on industry trends and

market dynamics to better serve clients and identify opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to improve call scripts, processes, and strategies.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales,

preferably in the real estate industry. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving

skills and the ability to handle objections professionally. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. Reliable internet connection with

acceptable WiFi speed for remote work. Comfortable using headsets for making calls.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
