Seeking Outbounder to make Phone Calls to US Clients

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to key decision-makers, including CIOs, CEOs, VP's, and Directors of IT, to present our comprehensive suite of technology solutions. Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries.
Communicate the value proposition of offerings, focusing on AI, Analytics, Cloud, Testing, and Infrastructure services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Understand client requirements and tailor solution presentations to address their specific business challenges and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and campaigns for lead generation.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, monitor progress, and generate accurate forecasts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Nous Infosystems as a thought leader and trusted partner.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
