Our startup company is looking for a cold caller.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Cold Caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective communication. As a Sales Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating interest.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget constraints, and timelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-up meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
