- Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate with leads, adapting as necessary to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Schedule follow-up appointments or direct leads to our online platforms for further action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine calling strategies and scripts based on lead feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Spanish, with strong preference for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and able to maintain a positive demeanor.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing lead volumes and work schedules.
