I require an experienced appointment setter to make consultant appointments in the Sydney Australia market, utilising an existing database.
Due to a new customer sale process in our business, we are seeking new call centre operator to join our organisation. We are looking for very confident professionals that will call our data and pre-booked in-home and online (zoom) appointments.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be building relationships with new clients. As an call centre consultant, you will be making between 5-6 appointments per day in customers homes. This is a customer relationship management role; sales experience is desire but not essential, outgoing business to customer call centre experience is essential.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Ability to communicate and motivate clients
- Smart phone and access to the internet
- Good computer skills
- A high-quality internet access and web cam
- Ability to build relationships/rapport with people
- Effective communication skills
- A friendly and approachable manner
You'll be paid hourly rate plus commissions.
