Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various social media channels, initiating conversations and building relationships without the use of phone calls.
- Drive Traffic: Utilize creative and strategic methods to drive traffic to our real estate coaching program, enhancing brand visibility and interest.
- Lead Generation: Efficiently get leads into the sales funnel by providing them with relevant links to sign up for our services, focusing on converting social media interactions into engaged leads.
- Value Addition: Offer valuable information and insights related to real estate, positioning our services as a solution to potential clients’ needs.
- Engagement Maximization: Work towards maximizing the number of engaged leads by maintaining active and persuasive social media interactions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly track and report on the effectiveness of outreach strategies, adjusting methods as necessary to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of real estate terms and concepts.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for professional outreach and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage people effectively online.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during US business hours.
- Experience in lead generation and sales funnel management.
