The position will start off as part-time Monday-Friday, 20 hrs a week (hours flexible) If proven to be successful in this position more hours could be available – up to 30 hrs a week.
These will be mainly outbound calls; however, you will also be receiving inbound calls as well.
The calls will be made to people who may or may not have an interest in selling their house. Once you reach a homeowner, the next step would be to find out if they are interested in selling. If so, following a company provided script and questions to qualify the seller, followed by submitting leads into our company database ( Podio Web Form ).
You are not going to be selling them anything or selling them on our services at all. We are not convincing them to sell. You are simply calling to find out if they would consider selling their house and setting an appointment.
This role does require a reliable internet connection, working computer, quiet working environment free from distractions and a noise canceling headset. This is a work from home/remote position.
We’ll have a weekly zoom meeting to go over call results from the previous week.
We will be training you using written documents, videos and call recordings.
Documentation and listening skills are extremely important when gathering information from our potential sellers.
