- Phone closers (acquisition experts, follow-up specialists, appointment setters)
- Social media experts
- Video editors (good aesthetics only!)
- Executive assistants (be the second brain of the CEO - very reliable!)
- Bookkeepers (Real Estate)
- Property Managers
- Lead Intake Managers
- Real estate-related roles (property management, cold callers, Airbnb, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
• Self-motivated, positive, and articulate problem solver.
• Familiarity with CRMs or quick adaptability to new systems.
• Driven for success with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or virtual assistant role is preferred.
• Proficient in documentation and writing.
• Ability to maximize the potential of scripts.
Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
• DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test required).
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Dedicated home office setup in a quiet location.
• Proficiency in Skype.
• Stable internet and power supply without interruptions.
COMPENSATION: Determined based on individual skillset, years of experience, and performance records.
