- Utilize your cold calling expertise to engage prospects in conversations and ask a set of four key questions to assess their financial situation and identify potential leads.
- Record and document responses accurately in our CRM system.
- Provide brief information on our debt management programs, services, and benefits.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the call, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
- Direct qualified leads to the appropriate department for further follow-up and conversion.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with individuals facing financial difficulties.
- Positive attitude and resilience to handle a high volume of calls on an automated dialer. approximately 200 calls daily
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to encourage prospects to answer the four key questions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
- Familiarity with debt management, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
- Proficient in using OB Dialler.
