We are currently seeking experienced cold-callers or appointment setters in the real estate industry. Any phone experience will be considered for this role.

Hourly Rate: $5 - $7 + Bonus Commission (Based On Experience)
Requirements:
? Fluent in English with minimal to no accent (essential)
? Spanish language skills are a PLUS
? Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred real estate knowledge a plus.
? Confident and persuasive phone presence.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
