We are a rapidly growing Real Estate Investment Firm located in San Antonio, TX and we are looking for a ROCK STAR Virtual Appointment Setter to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be responsible for speaking with prospects and booking appointments for the sales team to meet and close the deal.

Here's what the ideal candidate would look like:
This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by whatever means possible. This person is highly confident in their communication skills and has excellent English proficiency. They can follow instructions and are detail oriented. Real estate sales experience or appointment setting experience is a plus! Your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed is what will allow you the chance to get this position.

Qualifications:
? Quick on your feet
? Exceptional English Proficiency
? Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
? Independent and self-motivated
? Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
? Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set appointments over the phone
? Strong internet and quiet work space is a MUST
? Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Responsibilities:
? Outbound call and talk to all leads in the que
? Overcome objections on the phone
? Schedule appointments
? Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
? Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
? Must use the CRM system daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
