Need outbounders for cold calls

We are seeking an outbounder to reach out to D2C marketing experts via cold calls.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting outbound calls to D2C marketing experts to introduce them to RetainIQ's brand ambassador program
- Engaging potential brand ambassadors/evangelists in conversation, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the program
- Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls with interested candidates
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of call activities and outcomes

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to strangers on the phone
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Familiarity with D2C marketing trends and best practices is preferable
