Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for 1-2 Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialists to start ASAP.

This role will provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company goals. The Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for sourcing leads online and recording them to the company’s database.

Key Responsibilities include:
Research, track, maintain, and update leads
Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts leads data gathered from source
Enters leads data from source to database
Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and checks the output
Conducts lead research and obtain further information
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services
Maintains strict confidentiality

Qualifications:
Previous work experience in lead generation and data entry
Proven experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Above-average typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail
