I need someone to generate leads of landlords/houseshares, and then contact the leads to offer them free advertising on my property website.

Target: authentic signups with high quality photographs and descriptions.

The offer is free to the landlords and letting agents, who in exchange, become early adopters of my website, sign up and post their offerings.

The signup's posting is guaranteed to be on our home page, and backed by a google ads campaign.

Locations targeted : any part of the United Kingdom.

All types of rented accommodation are acceptable including normal tenancies and short lets : whole properties, flat shares, house shares, single rooms, or bed and breakfast can all be advertised. Any part of the UK can be included.

You can use official and publicly available sources to generate leads.

I'm open to doing this as a performance based job, if an applicant prefers that, then do let me know and I will consider reposting the job as a performance based job.
