We are local Real Estate Investors actively buying properties in the United States. We are looking for people to call home owners who want to sell their properties.
We pay $2.00 per completed information sheet plus a bonus for every house we are able to buy.
Every lead should take no more than 5 minutes each.
Skills required for the position:
• Able to speak clear English, easy to understand and pleasant to talk to with good communication skills
• Must be comfortable talking to strangers about their house for sale and be confident on the phone
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision
• Have access to phone, computer, printer, scanner and quiet work space
• Be available to make calls evenings and weekends
• Able to turn minimum performance per week (at least 10 to 15 completed sheets)
• Be able to search online and offline for “For Sale By Owner” ads and keep track of those called (using the Excel spreadsheet provided)
