This is our 2nd opportunity due to our expansion. We are a business advisory firm that specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. We are looking for the right person/team to make warm (NOT cold) calls on our behalf.
We provide the list and a script structure… You provide the dynamic voice that sets appointments for the Managing Directors to follow-up on!
IMPORTANT:
• Target Market is small to mid-size organizations ($5-$250M annual revenue)
• Targets within organizations are CEOs, C-Suite Leaders or Leader responsible for Executive Development
REQUIREMENTS:
• You MUST speak perfect English - No accents (Aussie’s OK)
• Proven appointment setting record (preferably in soft-skill selling)
• Ability to record phone conversation for internal training purposes
• Provide info to update our CRM
• Would prefer those that call using the SOAR methodology (Dialexis, Inc.)
• Daily Call Report tracking gross dials, non-applicable calls, net dials, decision makers reached, high influencers reached, and appointments made.
COMPENSATION:
• We would like to pay an hourly rate ($10-?) + $bonus based on appointments set + show (Appointment #1-5=$10 / 6-10=$15 / 11-20=$20 / 21+=$25). Please let us know your desired base.
Please let us know why we should pick you, how many calls/day you make on average, what your success is like reaching key people, several references, examples of your phone etiquette, and call report activities. We will interview candidates we’re interested in.
