Set Quality Appointments/Outbound Leads

I need an outbound agent to make B2B calls to schedule zoom appointments for me so I can present a Direct Mail marketing Strategy to the business decision maker/Owner. I will pay $20 for every completed meeting that a business owner attends. For every zoom meeting that a business attends, I'll pay out $20 for each of them (that a business agrees to and attends). Payments will be made every Monday for the previous week's meetings. In addition to paying out $20 for each valid appointment, I'll pay an additional $20 for each one that I close. If they are quality appointments, I expect to close 25% or higher.

Initially marking this project as part time for less than a month however, this can be a much longer opportunity if the results are solid. To be clear. I am paying $80 for 4 appointments set. This can turn into a long-term opportunity if the results are solid.
