Our company is looking for a motivated individual to help in our real estate business.
Do you have amazing phone skills?

We are looking for a person with the right attitude. The skills can be trained, but the personality...not so much!
So we are looking for the person who is:
- adaptable - do you accept challenges and adapt to them?
- accountable - are you responsible for your actions and seek solutions?
- coachable - we will provide the best training in the industry. Do you learn quickly?
- gritty - you bring the best attitude at all times
- driven - commission is uncapped. Earn as much as you desire!
The only thing that we REQUIRE is having a good command of English with minimal accent and being available during US work hours.
What this job is in a nutshell:
We will follow up with people in our database to see if they would be a good match for our services. We have already spoken with these customers and established rapport, so this is NOT cold calling.
If you have any experience in real estate and are familiar with the terminology, that's a huge advantage.
