Lead Manager

As a full-time lead manager, your job is to process all new leads which enter our Salesforce CRM and further qualify them in their willingness to sell their property as well as making offers to them. Getting to leads as fast as possible (ideally right when they enter the CRM) is paramount. You will be fully qualifying prospective property sellers, including but not limited to email, text and most importantly phone call follow-ups. You will be setting appointments as well as doing follow-ups all day . You will also be finding anchor range for their property using tools like PropStream and Zillow.

We are currently looking for someone who preferably speaks both fluent English and Spanish (not required) and is willing to work between the hours of 9am to 6pm Eastern Time on Monday-Friday and 10am to 4pm on every other Saturday. Pay is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
