cold calling and appointment booking

I need you to scratch out a database of Auckland New Zealand homeowners, you must have their names, phone numbers and residential addresses. Then you need to call them and see if they would be willing to sell their property if they are getting a good price or would they just like to get a market appraisal for their property to see how much it could sell for in this market?

I will need you to send me a copy of the database. And I will also require you to send me a recording of every call immediately so I know what people are saying.
