In this role you will provide Administrative , clerical and data support to our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
Workflow Administration: Maintain information of Vendors while producing reports as needed Communicate regularly with Operations Officer regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting production and quality. Assist in the development and tracking of project tasks and client deliverables to clear title issues.
Communicate with clients on project specific activities, including clarification on the terms of the Real Estate transaction. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. Considerable ability to perform tasks relating to administrative duties with minimum of supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain an accurate database. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Skills: Strong computer skills. Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone. Education: Completion of high school education or three years of clerical experience Written Abilities: Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills.
