TOP Buyers lead managers/jr acquisitions members will be required to reach out to prospective sellers via phone call, text and email who have entered our CRM. They will need to qualify the property and preform comps on said property to get the information needed to make a final offer on purchasing the property. Acquisitions team members will need to be articulate in English (Spanish is a BIG plus), punctual and on-task from 9am to 5pm ET Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturdays with dedication to setting and attending appointments with as many leads as possible.
This job IS NOT EASY and will require you to work hard to get the expected results, but at TOP Buyers we take care of our employees well and your hard work will result in high pay with our commission-based salary.
Requirements:
•. Related sales experience or a 4-year degree
•. Fluent in English with an American accent
• Working laptop or desktop and smartphone
• Stable and fast internet connection
• Quiet workspace or noise canceling headset
• A people-person who is good with communicating
• Good at keeping relationships and building rapport
• Expected to have an open line of communication
• Accountable to expectations
• Reliable and dedicated
• Belief in yourself
• Tech savvy
• Open to learning new strategies and accepting leadership
• Strong and consistent work ethic with a desire to improve
