We are seeking an experienced B2B sales and lead generation specialist.
The ideal candidate LOVES making B2B cold calls, and lead generation. This person must be professional, and have the ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with gate keepers and busy corporate executives. We are a janitorial, commercial cleaning service contractor in New Jersey USA.
Candidates will be chosen based on experience, and their ability to communicate orally and in written form. Must speaks and writes fluent English. Experienced in prospecting, multi-channel sales and marketing preferred. In addition to the items previously mentioned, the ideal candidate will need to be organized, be able to multi-task, keep great notes, and is an excellent communicator. One of the most important factors, have a desire to learn the role and grow in it. A self-starter and teachable personality is mandatory. Having digital marketing and social media marketing skills is a MAJOR plus.
The primary responsibility would be B2B telephone cold calls, for prospecting, gathering data and appointment setting. Secondary skills and responsibility, is lead generation and learning to plan next steps based on information discovered on the calls, social media marketing.
A script and training will be provided. A reliable internet connection is required.
