Lead Mananger

Real estate based company. You will be calling up qualified leads and making offer ranges on their properties. The agent will be using the CRM podio . Calling sellers, BUILDING RAPPORT, Follow Up Calls (when necessary) , and making offers on the property. The offer info will be provided inside the seller lead data. You simply make an offer. All positive responses get transferred over to me to close.

*Qualified Lead = A person who was coldcalled and agreed to get a cash offer on their property.

Need Great & Clear accents,
Must be able to BUILD RAPPORT WITH SELLERS
Schedule and execute follow-up calls
Must be able to be comfortbale making offers to sellers
Podio efficient.
Must have a personality on the phone
60-70 sales calls daily.
Be able to use a dialer (callrail)
$200-500 Bonuses per closing
