Recruiting Assistant Needed

I recruit people in the USA and Canada. I need someone to help me contact the candidates and schedule them on my calendar to speak with me over the phone.

I need help Monday - Thursday for three hours per day (11am eastern - 2pm eastern) to make outbound calls to these candidates. Many of these candidates will call you back since you are leaving most of them a voice mail. The ones that call you back you will also be compensated for handling those calls if it is outside of your normal daily work window.
