Appointment Setter/Cold Caller for Real Estate Team

Looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our Real Estate team. Must have good English communication skills and be a goal getter. We are a growing company and are looking to expand. The right candidate will know how to work with minimal supervision, handle criticism positively, have superb communication skills, take their career seriously and be highly motivated. Must have a minimum 1 year of Sales skill (no exceptions). Must have reliable internet/wifi. Must have updated 2010 or newer computer/laptop. Must work in a quiet setting/environment.

Tasks needed (but not limited to):
1. Cold call leads; 4 hours per day
2. Qualify and set appointments with possible Sellers
3. Use CRM to report all conversations had with Sellers.
4. Weekly meetings
5. Training

**Training trial period for 1 week. Upon successful completion candidate will be hired permanently and be compensated for training period. Unsuccessful trial period will NOT be compensated or hired**
