The ideal candidate must have experience and a strong understanding of the real estate market. We are looking for a person interested in a full-time position and long-term partnership.
Job Duties:
* Manage and follow up daily with hot/ warm leads
* Speak with motivated sellers to evaluate the current condition of their home and analyze comparable properties to determine the home's value and make an offer
* Build rapport with potential clients to get deals signed and overcome objections?
????Pay ranges between $7 - $9 per hour depending on experience and plus commission per closed deal.
Requirements:
? must have a minimum 2-year experience with references that will be verified
? Fluency in Spanish and English
? Ability to follow systems and processes
? Understanding the value of FOLLOWING UP with all leads
? Great, reliable internet connection
? Willingness to work any hours necessary to close deals
? Must have a strong background in SALES ( if no background in real estate)
? Not following instructions will be auto rejected
