Position Summary

What We Do
Wavo works with business owners, founders and CEOs to help them refine their value proposition, dial in their ideal customer profile and install our sales automation platform into their existing sales and marketing workflow. This lets them generate new sales opportunities on a consistent basis and start to scale up when they are ready.

About The Role
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by helping more businesses get set up on our software platform. This is done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. Our team members are located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing…
You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients onto the software platform. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting the client success team as needed.

Prospecting: You will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources.
Enrolling: Calls will be conducted via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to enroll clients onto the platform within KPI.
Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call.
Defaults, refunds and CS: You must take ownership over your client roster.

Learn all tech systems & product offerings to be effective in the position + fully go through training content
Self prospect and shadow successful closers

60 Day Targets
Be within KPI for closing rate and cash collected.

KPIs
30% closing rate within 30 days
30% up front cash collected within 30 days
Setting 1 call per day from prospecting

The Pay
Our sales reps make between $5k/mo-$60k/mo depending on their role.
