Lead Manager

The lead manager will be calling new leads that enter the CRM and be required to follow up with said leads. This position requires a person who is good at building rapport with potential leads. They will reconfirm details and gather more information as well as have an understanding of the TOP Buyers process and requirements therein. Lead managers will present anchor ranges and will be required to meet all KPA's requested by the team.

•. Fluent in both English and Spanish
