You will earn over $300k if you’re a star performer and $50k if you are an average performer. Our star performers are self-motivated, hard-working and they manage their time efficiently. You will succeed in this role if you have a sales background or appreciable sales experience. Your daily activity will include;

1. Monitoring the sales process and documenting follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
2. Performing analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
3. Building rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
4. Preparing letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions, and
5. Ensuring a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
6. Other success attributes include your ability to:
7. Communicate effectively, both written and verbal with superior phone skills
