ISO Highly Motivated Outbound Caller/Appointment Setter

Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a full-time, highly motivated caller who has outstanding phone skills and can build rapport with ease. You will be working on the phone and computer making outbound calls to homeowners using an automated system.
We are always looking for someone who is skilled at identifying motivating factors in prospects and collecting as much information as possible when booking appointments. You will be calling distressed homeowners, so you'll need to have exceptional conversational skills and be able to communicate with kindness and empathy.

Requirements: Strong internet connection, personal computer, USB headset, Bilingual (Spanish & English). Your working activity will be monitored by Hubstaff (including screenshots). Benefits: Work from home, base pay = $6/hour, $100 bonus for all appointments set that result in a home purchase.
