We are a start up business in the UK selling recruitment advertising space to companies who have their own teams or SMEs that cannot afford to use the facilities of a recruitment agency.
We can publish any job to up to 5000 job boards, plus we search 26M CVs to deliver a shortlist of candidates to our clients - £195.
We need people who have the ability to sell! The ability to work hard and be rewarded well for their efforts. The successful will need excellent communication skills and be a confident telemarketer or web marketer.
We are not worried about how you get the leads, be it by telephone or other innovative methods you may know of or have. All we ask is that you are ethical and do things with integrity.
We offer a basic hourly rate with commission if you hit your targets. Please only apply if you feel comfortable telemarketing or making sales calls and delivering leads. We ask for a minimum of 2 leads per day. Commission on that would double your hourly rate.
