Sales agent for Real State Company

Real Estate investment company is looking for highly motivated people who have outstanding phone skills and can build rapport with incredible ease. You will be working most of the time on the phone and computer making outbound calls to homeowners using an automated system.
We are always looking for people that easily identify motivating factors in prospects and collect as much information as possible to send to our lead managers. You could be and will be calling individuals in distressed situations, so you'll need to have exceptional conversational skills and be able to communicate kindly and optimistically.

Requirements and skills:
- A pre-recorded video presentation will be a must for your application!
-MUST Have an English proficiency of 90% or above
-MUST Have a computer (Windows OS is preferred, but not required) with USB headsets and an Intel i3/similar processor or higher grade processor (5th Gen minimum), with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Solid internet connection with Ethernet cable(MUST have a dedicated internet connection with 15+ MB).
-MUST Have at least 1-year of sales experience.
-Cold calls experience is preferred.
-Comfortable spending 95-100% of their time on the phone and being productive.
