Responsibilities:
Facilitate the transactions of homes we purchase
Discuss and negotiate deals with home sellers
Evaluate property values and renovation expenses
Calling (this position is very phone heavy, you will be on anywhere from 50-100 calls per day)
Qualifications:
Sales and/or real estate experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivation
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and creatively
Must be timely, resilient and level headed
Must contribute to a positive working environment
