This role involves cold calls, scheduled follow up, and appointment booking. From day one you will begin building a database to nurture business from. We will provide the leads, equipment, technology, systems, and training to ensure you hit your professional and personal goals. We need creative, accountable team players that can problem solve and think quickly to overcome obstacles.

The ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated with a thick skin, tenacity, and confidence. This is an outbound call position and they would be the first point of contact with our company so the right candidate must always be able to represent our professional brand to the highest level.

Our company will provide you with everything you’ll need for success, including:

Proven sales scripts for all situations
List of target businesses for you to call.
Training - not that we don’t trust your expertise, but there are things that we would like you to know about the niche of the target businesses and their wants and pr needs
MOST IMPORTANTLY: The scarce opportunity to learn, grow, and become even more successful with a company adhering on the importance of continual growth and advancement.

CRM Management: Keep your CRM notes and call sheets updated every day.
Calling: Flexible - it is up to you how many calls you make, but we do require a minimum of 45 dials per day. This also means that you can log in anytime between 8 AM to 6 PM local time.
Appointment Bookings: You will be responsible for booking decision-makers for appointments in available time slots. A calendar application for this purpose will be provided.

To qualify for this job with our company, you must have the following skills:

Can tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with leads
Call center or remote appointment setting experience is required
Excellent communication and conversational Skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set performance standards
Energetic, self-starter attitude
