This is a cold calling/inside sales position. The responsibilities of this job are to call the records that I provide you using some form of the script that I provide, taking notes from each call (only important details), building rapport with homeowners and setting expectations for the next step in the process, and appointment setting. You need to be able to hold natural flowing and casual conversations with homeowners. Another responsibility for this job is adding all motivated/warm leads to our Podio webform. I need someone with a lot of experience in calling motivated and unmotivated sellers and being able to listen to their pain points and respond to them accordingly. You will be working 12pm-5pm EST Monday-Friday . Must be able to speak fluent English (minimal accent) and have great conversational skills.This project requires someone who is experienced using MOJO. Bonuses will be paid for closed contracts.
