Cold Calling and Closing Sales

I have a copyrighted video I would like to sell to US dentists; I would use called calling; the product is excellent, and many dentists like it, but reaching out to dentists is not easy; I have 5000 dentists records, and I can buy more. Let me know if you have previous experience calling dentists and tell me how we can make some calls as a test.
