We are looking for a Full time Rock Star Follow Up Specialist to work remotely. You will be responsible for having quality conversations with our leads, the home sellers, and determining motivation as well as transferring those calls to our closers.
We are looking to hire a positive team player with great interpersonal skills.
The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, committed, and creative.
Training will be provided on a continuous basis for self improvement by the Company.
Salary expectations –$5 per hour + monthly commissions (commissions, depends on You and Your Phone Skills).

Must have extremely strong communication skills, as well as phone sales experience; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Follow up and respond to all leads in our CRM to increase sales
Use the CRM daily to manage and update our pipeline of leads and potential sales in a timely and efficient manner
Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections
Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate with a win/win approach for both parties
Ability to learn quickly about the real estate industry and the real estate specifics
Ability to learn systems and technology easily
Keep track and report your numbers daily/hit targets weekly
Be quick on your feet
Professional and positive outlook
Personable, high achiever, able to work well on a team
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to communicate in English effectively (oral and written)
At least 2 years experience with sales over the phone – A must
Excellent English – A must
Real estate experience – Preferred
Bachelor’s degree / Student – Preferred
