Looking for a bilingual English and Spanish Outbound Calling and Customer Service
We are an Insurance agency and income Tax service in the State of CT looking for a VA to do outbound calling
Call on Past clients that have canceled their policy with our agency
Calling on leads from our online marketing programs
Call on prospects that we have given quotes to and follow up on quote given
Call on our Past Tax Clients to see if they will be returning during our tax season
VA will use our CRM called Agent-CRM
VA will need to be able to understand and learn or CRM place on Follow up calling
and will use phone VOIP to do calling
