Seeking Appointment Setter to:
Call outbound to potential members. Explain our service and prescreen potential members.
Schedule potential members for appointments with sales representatives.
Contact potential members via phone calls *Follow a sales process based on designed scripts
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all our customers
Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions:
Ability to work from home in an office setting or otherwise quiet area
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, and weekends
Ability to regularly sit for long periods of time
Ability to multi-task; speaking with customer while accurately logging and recording customer information into databases.
Meet or exceed minimum performance standards including but not limited to Calls per hour; Customer Satisfaction; Quality presentation, etc. You will be constantly measured on these metrics
Detail Oriented is a must! You must also have good time management skills.

Skills Required for your Success:
*1+ years sales and/or customer service experience required
*Effective communication and sound listening skills
*Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone
*Sales closing skills preferred
