We are looking for a Full time Rock Star appointment setter and Follow Up Specialists. We are a Real Estate Investing Company in Loveland Colorado.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in written and spoken English
Great team player
You must have a quiet place to work from without distractions
You must have high speed internet
Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required
Previous sales experience is preferred

HOURS:
9am-6pm Mountain Standard Time Tuesday – Saturday.

COMPENSATION:
5.50/hr - 7.50/hr + uncapped bonuses

This is a fast paced, exciting position and plays a very important role to the success of our business! This will be very lucrative for the ideal candidate

You need to have sales experience, appointment setting and/or phone sales experience.

We are looking for a follow up specialist who will find the GOLD out of our CRM. We have over 7500 seller leads and contacts in our CRM who need to be followed up with consistently. We are adding 10-15 new leads per day. You will be in charge of sorting motivated sellers and live transferring them to our closers who will then close the sale.

Commissions average $100- $600 per deal. Our team averages 4-6 closed deals per month.
