Real Estate Cold Caller

We are hiring full time Virtual Assistant Cold Callers for our Real Estate Investment Company, $5 per hour. Our company is young, energetic, and growing fast in 2021. There is room to grow within the organization as we expand.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and a high energy personality to cold call 25- 40 hours per week. This position will entail calling homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their property. Responsibilities include making 150+ calls per hour using Xencall (training provided), asking basic questions from a script, recording notes into our CRM.

Be comfortable talking with random people everyday
Be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis
Be able to use Xencall and our CRM with high proficiency (Training provided)
Desktop with wifi and proper internet speed
Be comfortable overcoming objections
