Looking for a driven, rockstar acquisitions manager for our real estate investment company.

Blackwood Capital Inc. is a real estate solutions company based out of Miami. We’re a family-owned business and focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problems whether they’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.

We are looking for only the most driven and determined team members. We are a ground-up investment company that is rapidly growing, and we are looking for problem solvers with grit to join our team!

The primary goal of the acquisitions manager will be to bring deals that fit our criteria. We are submitting 5-10 leads/day and need the deal flow to continue that goal!

Responsibilities

Establish close relationships with homeowners in order to source off-market deals and close leads on working with our company.
Work closely with BCI's CEO on market research for target markets and acquisition criteria.
Identify assets that meet BCI’s investment criteria in target markets.
Updating deal flow tracker daily with new offerings in target markets (CRM).
Underwrite assets that meet BCI’s investment criteria.
Coordinate with the CEO to submit agreements.

Requirements

Fired up about real estate! Our acquisitions manager is an integral member of our team and is a key driver to our growth - we want a long-term team member who is excited to join our growing company.
Driven, hyper-responsive, problem solver.
Analytical, great with numbers.
Excellent communication skills, able to build a strong rapport with Sellers is a must.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm EST.

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language: English and Spanish is a must.

Experience:
Residential real estate: 1 year (Preferred). If you do not have prior experience, please do not apply.
