We are a hard surface flooring distributor and online retailer targeting the USA; BuildDirect.com
Looking to add to our outbound B2C team to follow up on sample orders.
These are people that have already been to our website and ordered a small free sample of flooring to consider.
Something like:
"Hi _____, I'm calling from Builddirect.com to follow up on the flooring samples you ordered from our website about 6 days ago, they should have arrived in a small box by Fedex?"
"Great, glad they arrived. Can you please tell me if they are for your own home or are you a contractor?"
"Ok good .. and because inventory levels are always a concern, can you tell me when you plan to start the project?"
"Great. I'm just here to follow up and make sure you received the free samples, but I can have one of our Product Specialists contact you to answer any questions and help you put together a total price, do you prefer to be contacted by phone, email or text msg? Is there a good time of day to reach you?"
"Thanks, hope you have a great day"
You would be click to dial calling out of a Salesforce list, using Aircall.
Hours would be to reach people at home evenings and Saturdays in the USA, across all continental time zones.
It would be an ongoing role (we generate between 200 and 500 sample orders every day.)
There could be opportunity to advance to a higher paying Sales role based on performance.
Accent is a big deal, looking for excellent "American" clarity.
