Customer Care. Inside Sales (work from home)

Our real estate company is looking for a Spanish-speaking virtual assistant to service our market in Miami. This is work from home, but you must be available during US work hours.
An Inside Sales Associate conducts daily phone calls to warm leads and prospects in our database. You will use the telephone as the primary means of communication and make 40+ outbound calls a day to identify potential clients. Full training is provided and PAID!

What a typical day looks like:
You will have a list of people we spoke with before but haven’t closed a deal with. You will see if anything has changed about their situation and identify solutions to their problems.


Qualifications:
You must have the right attitude! You must be relentless and in control. We don’t micromanage but we expect you to take full ownership of your role.
Excellent English skills - both verbal and written.
Fluency in Spanish (if you don't speak Spanish, you can still apply for our other markets)
Knowledge of Real Estate terminology is a plus
Experience in cold calling is a plus, though this job doesn’t involve cold calling
Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision
Responsible with a good work ethic.
