We are a real estate investment company that specializes in buying properties to fix and resell or sell on the market in Miami, FL.
Must have at least 6+ months real estate cold calling experience.
Experience with CallTools is preferred.
What we are looking for:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Friendly demeanor, confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Reliable, needs to be able to consistently show up to work
• Professional Phone etiquette
• Must have a strong internet connection & headset with noise cancelation
• A quiet working environment.
- Reliable high speed internet
- Power back up a bonus
Hours:
Part time with the opportunity to secure a full time position
Flexible but hours need to be between 9am-7pm EST
Compensation:
$5-$8 per hour based on experience/professionalism + available bonus structure
