Details:

Call cold/warm/hot leads
Consistently follow-up on leads

Understand the market and run property comparisons and develop a win-win offer to prospect

Create and amend contracts according to negotiated deal and achieve sign-off by client

Work within our systems.
Podio (CRM)
Batch leads (SMS)
GSuite (reporting, updates, presentations, statistics), and other portals we may add

MUST HAVES:

Negotiation Mastery
Good Understanding of Human Psychology
A good understanding of sales procedures and general best practices
Excellent Schedule Management Skills
Good communicator (prospects and with management)
Ability to multi-task
Personable and willing to accept constructive criticism
A team-player attitude
Experience with closing sales on Real Estate deals or big-ticket items
